Carl and Lori Powell arrived in San Antonio, Texas in 1993 from Corpus Christi, and have been building one of a kind luxury homes in the Texas Hill Country ever since.

Carl is a native Texan who learned woodworking at an early age and has been working with his hands in one way or another his entire life. Carl is personally involved in every aspect of the construction process, from design to closing.

Lori came to Texas after high school. She has an MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and manages the business and design aspects for the company.

Powell Properties is fully insured and only works with subcontractors who have been selected for their dedication to the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Carl has been working with some these companies for more than two decades.
